Florence + The Machine: The Everybody Scream Tour

Florence Welch, known globally as Florence + The Machine, has announced a UK and European tour in celebration of her sixth studio album, Everybody Scream, set for release on October 31. The artist will take fans on a spellbinding journey through the continent’s largest arenas, including two nights at London’s O2 Arena, Accor Arena in Paris, and Tauron Arena in Kraków. Supporting Florence on all eighteen dates of the Everybody Scream tour will be Paris Paloma.
The album’s title track was released last week alongside a music video directed by Autumn de Wilde. Work on Everybody Scream spanned two years, with the album written and produced by Florence Welch in collaboration with a close circle of creatives, including Mark Bowen of IDLES (who also appears in the single’s video), Aaron Dessner, and Mitski.
Following a life-saving surgery during the Dance Fever tour, Florence’s recovery period led her toward spiritual mysticism, magic, and folk horror, as she confronted the limitations of her body and explored the meaning of “healing.” The album delves into themes of femininity, relationships, ageing, and death — revealing the darkness hidden within everyday life.
Across five albums — Lungs (2009), Ceremonials (2011), How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful (2015), High As Hope(2018), and Dance Fever (2022) — Florence has cemented her status as one of the most important artists of her generation. She has achieved multiple #1 albums in the UK and the US, earned numerous prestigious awards, and built a reputation for transcendent live performances and her unmistakable, iconic voice. Florence has headlined the world’s biggest festivals, sold out arenas globally, shared stages and collaborated with musical icons such as The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift, and released a book of lyrics, poetry, and illustrations titled Useless Magic.
